A 30-year veteran, Hoss is the Principal and Broker of MacVaugh & Company where he leads a full-service brokerage team specializing in the 210 Corridor in the San Gabriel Valley.
Established in 1994 by Hoss in Old Pasadena, the MacVaugh & Company group has a keen understanding of the local market. Hoss has an extensive background in tenant representation, investment sales, market analysis, landlord representation, and overall market expertise in the San Gabriel Valley.
With his grasp of the market, Hoss performs the duties of a real estate consultant, and expert witness and has established a niche in Direct Assessment Tax consulting for commercial real estate buildings. His team also offers property management services.
Hoss obtained an MBA from the University of Southern California with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Management and a concentration on small businesses and start-up companies. Upon graduation, Hoss launched his Los Angeles commercial real estate career in downtown Los Angeles.
Prior to attending USC, Hoss operated a real estate investment firm in Philadelphia focusing on the renovation and management of residential properties.
He graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
