Esteban also represents Landlords in many buildings throughout the “210 Corridor.” In addition to client representation Esteban has been able to add value to the properties he represents. In many cases the Landlords receive a 15 to 30 percent increase once the project is completed. Client representation is critical when dealing with any commercial real estate transaction and Esteban’s dedication to client services delivers quality results for those whom he represents. Esteban’s ultimate goal is to create client satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Esteban came to the Company in 2003 with over 18 years experience in business as a financial executive and consultant for some of Southern California’s most prestigious companies, including Robinson’s May Department Stores and Sony Television Entertainment Group. Supplemented by this extensive background in finance and customer service, Esteban transitioned into commercial real estate in 2002. Esteban is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
