Sheri specializes in all sizes of office sales and leases as well as retail specific locations. She is a member of ICSC and continually seeks to keep herself and her clients in the loop in regards to availability and trends.
In addition to her work in sales and leases Sheri has also established a niche in sublease transactions, having developed a successful track record in terms of both time to market and rental rates achieved.
Sheri joined MacVaugh & Company in the spring of 2001, having come to MacVaugh & Co. with a background in real estate brokerage at Hilton & Hyland as well as, technological support. Her combination of technical know-how and real estate experience makes her an invaluable addition to our firm. Sheri is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
