Cathy MacVaugh brings 20 years of experience from the Estee Lauder Companies, both in their headquarters in New York City and their Regional office in Los Angeles. Cathy worked at Clinique, which is owned by Estee Lauder, in the Special Events Department. Her range of executive management experience includes Department Management, Finance, Human Resources, Special Events and Marketing. Cathy brings her experience to MacVaugh & Co., overseeing the Office Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Special Projects portion of their business.
Cathy graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.
