Brokerage services

Give a commercial opportunity a durable public home

Commercial-property marketing begins with an accurate offer. A prospect should be able to understand what is available, on what transaction and price basis, with which verified features, and who can answer questions.

MacVaugh supports brokerage assignments through property pages, photographs, floor plans, brochures, email campaigns, direct outreach, portal distribution, and market knowledge. MacVaugh.com should be the durable public destination for approved listing information; third-party portals are distribution channels rather than the sole home of the listing.

Pasadena is our back yard. We represent landlords and sellers across the greater Los Angeles area, and tenants and buyers—depending on the size of the requirement—across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.

Establish the approved public facts

Before distribution, the property record should establish:

  • Current relationship and availability status
  • Address and location
  • Transaction and property type
  • Available suite or offering area
  • Price and price basis
  • Lease structure or sale basis
  • Availability timing
  • Parking, access, use, and feature statements supported by sources
  • Assigned public professional
  • Approved photographs, plans, and brochure
  • Last-verified and next-review dates

A historical flyer, photograph, or listing URL does not establish current availability.

Build the owned property page

The owned page should make essential facts readable without requiring a brochure download. The page can then provide the approved gallery, floor plan, brochure, map, contextual guidance, and inquiry action.

The same canonical URL should remain the public reference while the opportunity is active. If the status changes, the page must stop presenting the property as available.

Distribute the same approved opportunity

Depending on the assignment, distribution may include direct outreach, email, broker communication, social channels, and appropriate third-party portals. Each channel should point back to accurate current information and a specific person or inquiry path.

Keep the status accurate

An active page needs a review date and a retirement decision. When a space is leased, a property is sold, an assignment is withdrawn, or the status becomes uncertain, remove it from active inventory. Retain a public property or history page only when it has an accurate continuing purpose.
