Brigham represents landlords and tenants with an eye for how a business fits its surroundings. His approach considers the tenant mix of a street and a district—not only the economics of an individual building or project.
After graduating from UC Berkeley, he began his real estate career in economic development at DTLA Alliance. His writing through DTLA Rising with Brigham Yen explored urban planning, architecture, and the revitalization of Downtown Los Angeles. That perspective continues to shape his work with owners and businesses across the Los Angeles area.

Brigham's files with the firm begin in 2022 and hold more than twenty closed transactions through 2026, almost all of them on the tenant side for food-and-beverage and specialty-retail operators: Sunright Tea Studio, Tigawok, Chicken Bun Bun, Wonder Cha, Wushiland Boba, Chicha San Chen, Prince St. Pizza, Hibachi Papi, Tacos Neza, Thumbling, Buffalo Exchange, Stems, Takashima and Maison Kosé.
