Commercial real estate in Arcadia

Arcadia's commercial market runs along Huntington Drive and Colorado Place, the Baldwin Avenue corridor anchored by Westfield Santa Anita, and the light-industrial pocket south of the 210 freeway. It draws regional and national retailers as well as the professional and medical offices that serve the San Gabriel Valley.

Our Arcadia work has included office leasing on Colorado Place, representing a growing industrial tenant on St. Joseph Street, and representing national retail tenants at the Santa Anita mall.

Brigham Yen represented cosmetics retailers Takashima (Westfield Santa Anita, 2022) and Maison Kosé (Shops at Santa Anita, 2023).

Ryan Mitchell represented Chalice Collectibles (originally CoreTCG) through a series of warehouse and flex leases in Monrovia, Arcadia and Azusa from 2018 to 2025.
