Commercial real estate in Monrovia

Monrovia has two distinct commercial markets: Old Town along Myrtle Avenue and the streets around it (small retail, restaurants and office), and the industrial and flex district south of the 210 freeway around Shamrock, Mayflower and Primrose avenues, which serves manufacturers, distributors and the city's technology employers.

We have leased in both. Our Old Town work goes back to 2007 on Myrtle Avenue; in the industrial district we have represented one expanding tenant through a series of moves and expansions from 2018 to 2025, in addition to other leases on Shamrock, Pomona, Chestnut and Walnut. The record is below.
