Madzie combines real estate representation with marketing, photography, and transaction coordination. Her work supports the firm’s agents and property management team, connecting the presentation of a property with the practical work needed to move an assignment forward.
A Pasadena native, she studied communications, photography, and fashion media at Southern Methodist University and previously worked with the marketing team at Ebby Halliday in Dallas. She is building MacVaugh & Company’s Westside presence and welcomes conversations with owners and businesses seeking representation there.

In Pasadena she represents office, medical and professional-services tenants — HodgenLaw (150 E Colorado Blvd), Global Law Group and a psychiatry practice (140 S Lake Ave), The A Treatment Center (234 N El Molino Ave), Arthur Murray (740 E Green St), RMK Direct (Arcade Building), Evergreen, Inc. Since late 2021, Madzie has completed about two dozen transactions, concentrated in Pasadena with additional work in South Pasadena, Altadena, Eagle Rock and El Sereno. Much of her practice is tenant representation for professional offices—including psychologists, therapists, law firms, design and creative businesses, and an energy start-up—in suites ranging from roughly 200 to 2,200 square feet. She has also helped owner-operated businesses secure their first storefronts, including a dance studio, pottery studio, tapas bar, tarot shop, splatter-art studio and IV-therapy clinic.
Her landlord and investment work includes leasing and renewals at 968 S Fair Oaks Avenue, co-listing the building's 2023 sale, representing a physician group in its 2024 purchase of 120 N Madison Avenue, and completing five tenant leases at 119 E Union Street since 2022.
